Improve your French pronunciation with a series of one-on-one sessions led by our expert instructors. With our private phonetics lessons, you’ll receive personalized guidance to work on articulation, rhythm, sounds, and stress.

Required language proficiency levels: A1 to C2

Price: €450 for 4 sessions.

Format: In-person at the Alliance Française in Paris or online. 

Objectives

• Become aware of your weaknesses and areas for improvement so you can better correct them and perfect your French pronunciation.

• Gaining a better understanding of Spoken French

• To be understood more easily in daily life or at work 

• Expressing yourself with ease, fluency, and confidence 

Program

• Initial assessment to identify your challenges and develop your personalized program,

• Based on this assessment, a comprehensive analysis of:

  • the musicality of language (rhythm, intonation, stress), 

  • the relationship between sounds and their written form (phonetics and orthography),

  • the perception, correction, and pronunciation of French sounds,

• Use of a variety of appropriate written and/or audio materials: newspaper articles, novels, dialogues, or texts of your choice (related to your studies and/or your field of work).

• We provide excerpts from your spoken work (recorded during sessions) so you can practice between appointments. 

• Tasks and exercises to be completed between sessions to help reinforce the concepts covered.

Prerequisites
