Class sizes range from 8 to 15 students.
What is the progression by course pace?
The Alliance française de Paris offers courses at different paces: intensive, semi-intensive and hybrid. Depending on the type of course you choose, you'll progress more or less quickly according to the following schedule.

Insurance for Your Stay in France
Travel insurance can provide you with coverage in the event of a health issue, an accident, or a need for assistance during your trip.
Our partner, ACS, offers several options depending on your age, your situation, and the length of your stay.
Globe Partner
Travel insurance and assistance for travelers under 40, regardless of their nationality, for stays abroad of up to 12 months.
It includes, in particular:
- coverage of medical expenses up to €300,000 per contract year;
- medical repatriation;
- 24/7 support;
- personal liability insurance;
- individual accident insurance;
- baggage coverage for the round trip.
Rates start at €16.50, subject to the terms of the contract.
Europax
Insurance designed for stays in the Schengen Area lasting up to 90 days. It can be used, for example, when applying for a Schengen visa or a letter of invitation to France.
It includes, in particular:
- coverage of emergency medical expenses up to €30,000;
- medical assistance and medical evacuation;
- Personal Liability Insurance.
Prices start at €17.70, depending on your country of residence and the length of your stay.
Are you traveling to several countries?
ACS also offers Globe Traveller, a customizable comprehensive travel insurance policy designed for travelers under the age of 66 who are traveling internationally outside their country of residence. It primarily includes:

Medical expense coverage. You can choose coverage of up to €150,000, €300,000, or €500,000 (per policy year). Please note that for the “North America” geographic region, the coverage limit is automatically set at €500,000.
