Learning languages, especially French, is an effective response to a growing need within the Network. The Alliances Française, the Instituts Français and more generally the Center de Langues are in the process of structuring, restructuring, and digitising. A director must understand their environment, analyse their market and create value for their clients/customers, be this students, adult learners, companies or partners, as well as mobilising teams and positioning themselves in their leadership role.

The Director training will help you to achieve this, using tools and reflection on strategy, the management of a training/cultural organisation and on the specific nature of the FLE sector.
