1/
In order to retain the reservation, an advance payment of 25% must
be sent along with the reservation contract (or order form).
2/ The remaining balance for the stay must imperatively be settled
on the group's arrival.
3/ The Centre has the right to revise its rates with respect to
monetary fluctuations and tax revisions.
4/ In case of cancellation: - any cancellation carried out more
than 60 days before the beginning of the stay will entail a deduction
of 80,00 euros as charges. - between 60 and 30 days a deduction
of 25% of the total cost of stay - between 30 and 15 days a deduction
of 40% of the total cost of stay - between 15 and 5 days a deduction
of 80% of the total cost of stay. - less than 5 days a deduction
of 100% of the total cost of stay
5/ In case of partial withdrawal less than 20 days before (for example
40 people instead of 50 as scheduled) 50% deduction of the total
cost of withdrawal.
6/ In case of unforeseen circumstances (fire, damage by water) the
Centre will notify the organisers by registered letter regarding
the cancellation of stay and will reimburse the deposit made.
7/ Within the framework of its boarding activities, the Centre has
entered into a civil liability contract with the AXA Insurance group.
8/ A one-year membership of 25.00 euros has to be taken with GROUPE
USAGERS DE L'ASSOCIATION (Group users of the Association) on behalf
of the organiser
9/ ATTENTION: assuming that the reservation contract is not returned
to us by the indicated option date, along with a 25% deposit, the
Centre has the right to give away the rooms without informing the
group or the agency.
