Annulment and change of the preceding items

The C.I.S.P. is an association governed by the law of 1901 with Youth and Sports assent no. 75761

Professional third party insurance with civil responsibility with MAIF.

APPLICATION
The tariff structure of the services proposed by C.I.S.P. is applicable to all. Reservations can be made through the C.I.S.P. It becomes effective on receipt of the reservation form along with payment of the deposit asked for. The balance outstanding is payable before availing of the services provided by the C.I.S.P. unless decided otherwise by prior agreement. Any modification will be carried out in written and must be accepted by the C.I.S.P.

CANCELLATION

a) BOARDING
If cancellation is intimated 30 days before D-day, 10 ? will be deducted as processing charges.
If the cancellation is intimated less than 30 days before D-day, the amount deposited as advance will be deducted. The C.I.S.P. gives a 10% discount on the total cost for groups (more than 10 members).

b) MEALS
If cancellation is intimated 8 days before D-day, no charges will be deducted.
If cancellation is intimated less than 8 days before D-day, the cost of the meals will be charged. The C.I.S.P. gives a 10% discount on the total cost for groups (more than 10 members).

c) ROOMS
If cancellation is intimated 30 days before D-day, I0 ? will be deducted as processing charges.
If cancellation less than 30 days before D-day, the amount paid as deposit will be deducted.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
In case any unforeseen circumstances compel the C.I.S.P. to cancel a service, a full reimbursement of the amount already paid is guaranteed.
The reservation of a service implies the acceptance of these general terms. At the time of handing over of the stay papers, a visitors' comments form is handed out in which any possible lapses regarding prior commitments are to be noted.
All claims must be addressed to the head office of the C.I.S.P., 6 Avenue Maurice Ravel, 75012 Paris. In case of litigation, power of jurisdiction will be given to the Court of Paris
